WHO is Dainty Soap Nest?

We are a Dorset-based small-batch soap maker in the UK. And like you, we are increasingly worried about climate change. There are many ways to help create a greener planet; cutting plastic waste is one of them.

Our mission: we handcraft small-batch soap that's as kind to your skin as it is to the planet - providing an easy and enjoyable switchover to a greener skincare solution.

WHY natural soap bars?

We all want to do our bit to help, but it is not always easy for everyone. We looked around our house, thinking: “What changes can we make in our daily life to reduce the negative impact on the planet?” What came to our mind was REDUCING PLASTICS! Why not swap those bottles of handwash, shower gel and shampoo for environmental-friendly products?

Our vision is: Back to basics - returning to a simpler life. This concept translates into making our natural soap using the traditional cold process method and naturally-derived ingredients.

We founded Dainty Soap Nest with one goal in mind: to provide an easy switch to environmentally friendly skincare. Our eco-friendly soaps are handmade with naturally derived ingredients. All scented soap is infused with pure essential oils to nourish both your skin and mind. Best of all, our luxury artisan soaps feature a variety of unique and delicate designs and are wrapped in minimal and plastic-free packaging.

Our promise to you: ZERO harsh chemicals like sulphates, parabens or SLS. No palm oil. No plastics. No nasties. Just nourishing nature-reimagined. 

HOW our soap is safety assessed

All our handmade natural soap bars are fully safety‑assessed by a Chartered Chemist, ensuring they are safe for everyday use. Each product has a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and complies with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the legal standard for cosmetic products in the UK and EU.

WHERE we deliver

We currently deliver within Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) through our online shop daintysoapnest.co.uk. Due to cosmetic regulations, we’re unable to ship to Northern Ireland or international destinations.
