Shipping policy
Pick, Pack & Despatch
We aim to pick, pack and despatch orders (received by 12 midday) within the next 1 - 2 Working Days. Orders placed after 12pm/midday will take an extra day to process & despatch. If you order on Friday after 12 midday or during weekends/bank holidays, your order will be processed on the following Monday/Working Day for despatch on Tues or Wed/in the next two Working Days.
As soon as your order is despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email that provides full tracking details.
No orders are processed or dispatched during weekends, bank holidays, and our holiday breaks.
Shipping
We offer the following UK delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: estimated delivery time 2 - 4 working days after despatch
- Express Delivery: estimated delivery time 1 - 3 working days after despatch
- Special Delivery: estimated delivery time 1 - 2 working days after despatch
Shipping costs are based on the weight & size of the parcel. Shipping options & costs will be displayed during checkout after a delivery address is provided.
Deliveries outside mainland UK will take longer, depending upon the destination. Delivery times are subject to destinations, product availability, receipt of payments, weather conditions and busy festive seasons.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to Northern Ireland and outside the UK due to cosmetic regulations.
